ABOUT KHP

A pathway for the next generation.

Kingdom Harvesters Pathway exists to strengthen the church by helping identify, disciple, develop, and support future pastors, missionaries, and faithful lay leaders.

WHY NOW

Who will shepherd the next generation?

Korean American churches are entering an important generational transition. KHP helps churches begin investing now—identifying, discipling, and walking alongside emerging leaders long before they arrive at seminary.

OUR CONVICTION

Start early. Form relationally. Walk together.

Calling is often discovered long before seminary. Leaders are formed through pastors, mentors, families, churches, and communities who know them, pray for them, invite them to serve, and keep walking with them through every stage.

Why the name?

KINGDOM

Our calling is bigger than any one individual, church, or ministry. We seek first Christ’s Kingdom.

HARVESTERS

Jesus calls workers into his harvest—people formed in character, competence, love for God, and love for others.

PATHWAY

Faithful ministry development happens over time through mentoring, formation, experience, and Spirit-led guidance.
